Sunny Health & Fitness Air Walk Cross Trainer Elliptical Machine

Ok I wanted to wait a few weeks before I gave an honest opinion. We’ll, I love love love this little machine! It’s nearly silent, easy to use but gets that heart rate up there. Finally an exercise I truly enjoy and do not dread. I can tell I’ve lost inches already! I can’t believe it’s down to $79 bucks now, I paid 89 for mine and was happy.
It was simple to put together, very compact and easy to move around. I’m only 4’11” so the stride is more than enough for me. The little timer / step counter works great, just push & hold to clear for your next session.
TIP I did not use the support bar it just gets in the way. If you lean forward a little you’ll feel more in the back of your legs & butt. Do a slight bend in your knees and a slight lean back and WOW you can feel it in your Abs!

I bought this so that I could exercise and rebuild my body endurance. It is the perfect size for my apartment, is attractive looking with a slim line, and is very comfortable to use. The shipping packaging is excellent. I took my time attaching the few pre-assembled parts that fit perfectly to the frame. All in all, with the two tools provided, it took me about 15 minutes but others can likely do it in a shorter time.
I have had a mobility challenge for the past 25 years and walking is pretty much the extent of my exercise but since having had Covid 16 months ago, I only now can breathe well enough to once again walk a distance longer than the hallway. It was an absolute joy to stand on this air walker and move for 3 ½ minutes. That brief time was cor me, the equivalent of walking about 10 minutes on solid ground. I am quite excited to be moving and breathing so easily and freely. This is a solid and secure piece of equipment and I will be using it for short intervals, many times throughout the day, as I make a comeback. I used to walk on a big glide-walker that cost over two thousand dollars. Honestly, I much prefer this glider. It is lighter, easier to use and in a short time, will be more effective because it fits in any room, even a small one with next to no spare space. I used to use a Gazelle years ago and it was a nice, easy exercise I could do while reading. I found this alternative that is much cheaper. It was supper easy to assemble, it was all together except for the arms and the tummy support. One benefit over the Gazelle is this is all metal, the Gazelle has wire suspension that can (and does) break (had that happen twice while using them), I think this design will be sturdier long run. It does limit the range of motion, the way the pedals are attached to the frame limit how far forward you can push your leg before you hit the attachment point. I have noticed it will start squeaking fairly quickly (it’s a $78 machine, what do you expect?) and friction heats the joints after long use (your leg can hit that point so you notice it). I would highly doubt it could support a 220 lb person. I’m about 125 lbs and it will rock occasionally with vigorous use (it is on carpet). Overall not bad for $78 and it’s a soft exercise when I can’t run outside.

I received this and was excited to set it up but nervous to do so as I am not fond of assembling things. I opened the box and it did not look too bad. It was super easy. The only thing I would say is grab a ratchet set if you can (size 13 works perfect) vs the small wrench they give you which is impossible to use. I did this myself and had it together and using in like 15 minutes. I only gave 4 stars on couple areas because the wrench they give you is hard to use and its not full size so you miss some capability but for me its really a 5 star workout. Quiet, no noise to use, takes up a tiny footprint compared to a regular full size elliptical machine, perfect for my small space and allows me the time and ability to work out with my busy schedule. Plus a free work out app. Great purchase!
