    It came in with a cracked at the back of the neck closer to the head, it pulls the bridge up making the string rise too high, I have not been able to play anything out of this yet

    Good guitar. They usually ship it in the retail box and not inside a shipping box. I have returned 9 guitars sent mostly via ups and the arrive very damaged. the ups driver and i open the boxes together as it’s a comical joke, just not funny. i can’t believe these beautiful delicate guitars are shipped this way.

    Ups sucks. They sent an awesome guitar. Super nice (and I bought the used one) but ups broke it a little. Ultimately I’m happy, I just wished they used FedEx or something reliable.
