This is a great IR loader pedal, with lots of control and the ability to add more IRs to the ones that come with the pedal. Makes recording from an amp into an audio interface super simple and sounds great!! I gave it 4 stars because it’s not stereo, so using headphones with it directly isn’t really an option. It’ll still work in stereo with headphones through your audio interface though.

I bought this after seeing a YouTube review that indicated that it would improve the sound from my Martian e-series guitar with squawky Fishman bridge pickup. It did not help much. Not worth the $139 cost. Some of the settings were interesting when playing my Strat, but nothing I couldn’t get with a tone control adjustment. I returned this item.

The IR loader arrived quickly – fantastic construction as is TCās way, and the features and functionality are great considering the size of the pedal.
Hooked it up to my Acoustasonic and played direct into the pa via a passive DI box and it sounded fantastic on a few of the settings. Interestingly, not as good on the acoustic IRs but really excellent on the celestian speaker only IRs. My personal favourite was the bn15-300x which wasnāt one that I would have thought, but with a bit of the bass in the global eq rolled back it gave the piezo setting on the guitar a lot of natural body and clarity.
First impressions are excellent, and Iām looking forward to linking it up with my other pedals and guitars in the coming week.

A very basic IR pedal that works good for the money. Very easy to use and very compact. It comes preloaded with a couple amp model/IR combos if you wanna just plug in and play but ultimately you would mainly use this with a preamp in front of it and then whichever IR you choose. An modler is ultimately superior to this in every way but if you have a particular amp or preamp and want to skip the amp modler and go straight to the IR, then this is for you.

Get this and donāt look back!
I loaded Dr. Bonkers Sound Labs 4×10 Goliath SWR IRs and the tone difference is incredible.
It adds a depth that I cannot describe but I have played 2 shows since and I have had 2 bass players and 2 sound guys come up to me and ask what I am doing to get that tone. It just really fills out the mix without being too bassy or honky.
The one thing I will ding it on… Is switching between IR’s is not seamless. It takes a quarter of a second, so donāt expect to switch between IRās for the solo or what have you.
I have it after my Compressor and before my Darkglass pedal and then straight into my DI box.
Loading IRās is easy with the cable provided.

I have an old Godin multiac nylon strnged, and the sound was ok, but adding Impulse loaded with an ir from 3 Sigma makes a very, very significant difference!! And after playing my eub through this with another ir, I am looking forward buying a second one! Advice: go with 96 kHz irās.

Simple et efficace, cet IR loader est franchement une bonne surprise, il accepte les IR de 200ms et Ƨa fait une belle diffĆ©rence. Les IR prĆ©sentes Ć lāachat sont supers sympas, du clean au hi-gain en passant par le crunch, cāest un plus non nĆ©gligeable.

Che dire… il suono della mia Gibson j45 ĆØ molto piĆ¹ naturale. Sono contento dell’acquisto. Peccato solo che non sia previsto l’uso di batteria 9v interna, ma date le dimensioni penso sia stata una scelta costruttiva.
