At first, I was skeptical about buying it due to the price compared to other routers with similar features. However, I’m glad I acquired it. Before installing it, I immediately noticed that the speed on the 5GHz range was much more stable than my ISP’s router, and the range was greatly increased on the 2.4GHz band. It’s a great router for the price.

I purchased this to enjoy 790 mb of wired internet on my apartment, cause the wifi router of my isp don’t deliver that speed on wireless, only trough cable, in my assumption is cause the number of devices connected, like 25 with Aio things, so this convinced me cause it’s processor, and yea, whit all things connected the maximum speed is reachable by wifi 6 equipment, other things like TV only with wifi 5, get more stability, I mean, sometimes videos low its quality, but now even that they doesn’t reach the max speed, the quality/stability remains.
Yes, the problem of radius of operation its true, its mean if this is for a very large place, maybe isn’t the best option, cause the speed tends to decrease, idk if in this scenario maybe you need to get upto 7000 routers, but certainly wifi with internet speed higher that 300mb turns a real science making a choice of a real good equipment, so if you don’t are sure, I invite you to study this topic little more, see video reviews of equipment if this really fulfill your needs

We needed a new router due to spectrum’s router was constantly dropping the modem signal. Found out that their routers crap out after 2yrs and expect you to buy another one just to charge you another fee for using their products. So looked about and found this one for gamers (though I just need it for streaming and internet access) with with approximately 75% five star review rating. Install was very simple and setup was simple enough for those with some technical knowledge.

Like the title says, its a decent router, its fast both through Ethernet and its wifi. That is after you set it up in which case is not the best explained. They should do a better job in explaining how the settings work like what a static and dynamic ip address means and which one you need. If you don’t know what you’re doing you can get stuck. But other than that its a quick 20 min install at most and after that im getting all the speed im paying for, couldn’t ask for more than that.

Fast but very unreliable router. After replacing my 5-year-old TP-Link AC1750 with the Tenda AX3000, I started experiencing the following major issues:
1. Random disconnects in wired LAN connections, which will ruin any low-latency online gaming sessions as it takes a while to reconnect. Happens maybe once a day or so.
2. The router stops connecting to any new Wi-Fi clients until the router is rebooted. This is bad because any computer or phone that is restarted can no longer connect to the router. This issue starts maybe after a couple of days without rebooting the router.
3. Interestingly the router has an option to automatically reboot the router once a day, presumably to help with the issue #2, but after the reboot some of our Alexa devices do not automatically reconnect to the router, until the Alexa devices are rebooted too. What a pain.
I would definitely return the device had I not waited until the return window had closed and may end up having to buy another more reputable router to resolve the issues listed above.
Edit: Dropping the rating to 1 star after having to get yet another router just after 4 months. Even after a factory reset this router only works for a short while before dropping all wifi clients and refusing to connect new ones.
