Overall I like the height and roominess, really enough room for 2 people and gear , needs more stakes and instructions, if you have put up a dome tent bed you should be fine, About 7stakes short, lots of guide lines for stability, wish there was an extra cover for the main door , by far the nicest tent I’ve owned, mock set up just to see how things go, some more attention to detail and I would have given five stars.

I just got the tent today and put it up so this is just my initial impression.
First off, it’s easy to set up. I did it by myself for the first time in about 15 minutes. I think I could do this much quicker next time. The poles, clips, and webbing are colour coded, so it’s easy to see what goes where.
The fly does not come down all the way except for the front. The floor material seems well made and I think it should hold up against a good storm. I will update this if it doesn’t.
It’s tall! I’m about 5’11” and can stand in the middle of the tent comfortably. The vestibule is pretty spacious – I can stand in here with my shoulders slumped and there is easily enough room for the width of my body – packs or extras will easily fit here.
It feels roomy. I’m coming from spending the last 15ish years in a two-person tent. We managed wife, dog, and me in that, so this feels like a palace. We won’t be bringing this backpacking, but for car camping/canoe camping it’s great.
The grey colour isn’t my most favourite from a survival perspective, but it was $200 cheaper than the orange one and we won’t be doing too much back country with it anyways.
Finally, it’s heavy. I wouldn’t want to be lugging this around on a backpacking trip – but that’s not the point of this tent. For car camping, it’s not going to be a problem.
Overall, I’m pleased with the tent. The space seems like more than enough for 2+ a dog (any more than 3 people would start to get real squishy, I suspect) and the setup/takedown is pretty straightforward.
For now, it gets all five stars and, as I said, I’ll update it once we take it out and get it through a good storm.

Easy enough to set up and take down. Plenty of room for two. Rainfly vestibule area is useful. Completely dry inside after several hours of rain and downpours. All functional elements (zippers, hooks, poles, vents, etc.) work well.

Winona 4 is fairly easy to put up. I did it by myself and I’m 74. Its roomy with lots of head room. It seems bigger than just a 4 man. It’s taller than I expected too. There are a lot of pockets around the tent to use to stow stuff. There are a lot of zippers to so you can change the fly and get more air if you need to. The rain fly seems strong and adequate. I am interested in using the vestibule since I never had one before. I really love that the window in the back could be used as a door which is great. The only thing I would change is extending the rainfly cover to the ground on the sides and back for further protection in the case of heavy rain. All in all it’s the perfect tent.

This tent has plenty of head room. Wind, dust and bugs come up under the rain fly. The layer of bugs that accumulate on the mesh of the tents roof can only be removed by taking the rain fly off. If the rain fly reached the ground this tent would be four season and perfect

I wasn’t looking to spend this much on a second, front-country tent but after a lot of research, I landed on this. I was looking for something I didn’t have to crawl into that wasn’t massive. This really fit the bill. And it’s not that big, pretty packable but you’d have to really make some choices if you wanted to bring it into the bush. That being said, it would work in the bush. I didn’t buy the footprint but I might later. After an initial run of ten days in the bush, I love this tent. Worth the money. Aside from backwoods hiking, it might become my primary tent.
