Se ve muy resistente, esta herramienta que su principal funcion es el remover e instalacion de candado de la cadena, tambien funciona muy bien para desmontar/montar la llanta.

The tire lever tips broke on first MTB tire I mounted. Probably fine for lesser jobs, but heavy carcass MTB tires are just too much for the quality of the plastic levers.

Item works as described, good purchase

Didnโt like that it snapped on first tire change.

It is longer then was expected, so itโs hard to fit it in a small pack on the bike. If you put it together to store in a larger backpack it doesnโt stay together and/or both sides donโt โsnapโ together to keep it contained in a larger bag. Havenโt had to use it in an emergency yet so not sure on its durability but, so far itโs not worth the higher price and hassle compared to other similar devices Iโve seen.

Iโve had good luck with Topeak products in the past, and I wanted a set of tire levers that could also act as a pair of quick link pliers. I ride in very remote locations, so the peace of mind seemed worth it.
But these suckers are huge. Theyโre about twice the size they really need to be. And with the steel plates in the levers, you could use them as quick link pliers regularly in your shop or garage.
Theyโre just overbuilt, too big, and too heavy for my use.

I just received this and immediately tested it out on my bike. You need to play around with it to figure out how to set it up. Itโs easy but you do have to think about it for a moment. Set it up on my quick link and popped it open with little to no effort. I tried many times to do it by hand and couldnโt do it. This is a brand new KMC 11 speed chain and quick link. Afterwards I found myself getting frustrated trying to get the link back together. Again canโt get it by hand all the way. And it would come apart when I tried using the pedals to lock it up. So On to using this tool. Itโs a bit more complicated but I figured it out. Itโs easy if you take the two halfโs apart and set them into the slots on the chain. Then put the two halfโs together. So easy once I figured that out. Again literally very little effort was needed.
The chain holder clip is a nice bonus and works very well when assembling the quick link.
It appears to have metal in the center of the body of the tool down past the middle. So Iโm not worried about the head snapping off like I saw with other cheaper generic brands.
I was going to buy the Park tool just for this but this is a better value and fits in the small Co2 bag/kit I carry under my seat.
The two halfโs do not โclick togetherโ but they donโt just fall apart either. They fit tightly together and I donโt see this as an issue.
At this price, this is the tool for me. Paying $30 or more for the Wolf brand just didnโt make sense for how often I would use it. The Park Tool was $16 and would have stayed in the garage.

Se batalla un poco para armarla.
El espacio para el eslabรณn de repuesto no es seguro.
Tuve que agregarle un Velcro para mantenerla cerrada

This is a well thought out tool with an excellent design. Unfortunately mine was very good probably because of poor quality controls. The holes were too loose and out of tolerance for the tool to work properly. The holes that you plug the spare master link into was loose enough so that the links kept falling out. Also the holes that keep the levers stacked when not in use were not tight enough to hold the 2 levers together. So when you stow the tool, the levers come apart and the master link fall out. I have to keep mine wrapped in a rubber band when not in use. Thons makes the tool a little less user friendly and clunky.

This is a great tool that I love using! It has master/quick/missing link pliers (they are all the same just different names) and the only thing I don’t like is that you have to take them apart and put them back together to lock the link instead of making it so that you don’t have to do that, but I’m sure they had reason to make it like that. I don’t really use the hook to keep the chain together, but in some situations it is necessary. the master link storage is amazing, and I love it! If you have actual tire levers I would suggest those because it’s easier to use the hook on those to hook it to the spokes than with these. The only thing I would add is a bottle opener ’cause why not? If you mountain bike this is really great and if you know a mountain biker… great present.
