I have a Mac Studio M2, and needed to connect my two NVME drives directly to the Mac, and move my Thunderbolt monitor connections (2) to the dock. I also wanted to USB ports on the front for occasional use.
This product’s configuration fit the bill exactly. All of the “permanent” connections (power, Thunderbolt 4 monitors, Ethernet) are in the back keeping cables from coming out the front.
It appears very well built, and so far, it has given me zero problems.

本体の放熱具合はもう少し使ってみての評価とします。
持ち歩きのケースとしては無印良品の化粧ポーチが本体サイズにピッタリでした。
アダプタ、Thunderケーブルなど入れても高さ余裕でしたので使っています。

This isn’t your top tier 300+ Thunderbolt dock. But, if you’re looking for a budget, midrange, dock, that supports Thunderbolt 4, the latest M3 MacBook Pro, this is it. I’m running a 32-inch 4K monitor, a smaller 2K, 22-inch in vertical, 2 hard drives, a mic, and a 4K webcam. There’s no performance loss, everything works just fine.
For the price, you can’t go wrong. I did purchase a USB-C to USB-C hub for the additional devices. I purchased from the same brand. UGreen is a solid competitor to Anker. I recommend 100%.

I purchased this device 2 weeks ago. I really want to keep this thing, BUT it states that it has 3 Thunderbolt ports, starting with the one port TB, next to the Ethernet, base un testing speeds it shows only USB C speeds, The center TB port same issue USB C speeds, Last TB port next to Host port is the only one that provided thunderbolt speeds.
I tested with 3 different PC , same layout for each.
Also tested the TB ports one at a time, nothing connected on others ports.
I really like this design and the portability of it. But I think it might be faulty.
I will change my review once UGREEN has taken care of my problem. for now is 2 starts . simply because I like all 3 TB ports to be available as advertised by UGREEN. The port on PIC is the only TB working for me. across all 3 PC. Using TB 3/4 ports only . With TB 4 cables only.

This dock has worked flawlessly when connected to both my Windows 11 laptop as well as my Macbook Pro. It works exactly as I expected, and keeps the laptops charged when connected. The only thing I can’t figure out is getting full refresh rates when connecting to external display – for whatever reason I can’t get it to operate at full speed using HDMI – but it works at the full 240hz when using a displayport to usb-c cable. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Even made sure I was using different HDMI 2.1 cables with the same results.

El dock resulta ser confiable despues de una semana de uso diario por mas de 8 horas, se calienta y una vez el usb frontal dejo de ver lo que tenia conectado, pero reconectando el dispositivo lo volvio a encontrar sin problema y no ha vuelto a pasar. me hubiera gustado que pudiera cargar la computadora mientras esta apagado como la version displaylink.
Me ha funcionado perfectamente al primer intento con una macbook m1max y una i5 con debian, 1 monitor 1080 y un ultrawide 3440

Ya voy para dos meses con el Dock y todo sin problemas.
Manda bien la señal de todos los perifericos que le he conectado a mi Laptop. Es capaz de cargar los los equipos conectados (tiene a las USB 3.2 un teclado Corsair K100 y un mouse razer). Sin problemas con el ethernet.
Después de horas de estar usandolo sólo se siente ligeramente calido al tacto.
No he probado la conexión de video. Tampoco la carga por que el voltaje es muy bajo para cargar la laptop.

Yes, it charges devices fine, but the main reason for a docking station is to use multiple ports at the same time. For me, when I connected two monitors, only one would work. I tried different cables and setups, but nothing helped.
UGREEN support asked a bunch of questions and after back and forth a lot of emails they couldn’t figure out the issue. The only solution they offered was to return it to Amazon. For the price, I expected a product that actually works as advertised.
Even if it was a faulty unit, this reflects poor quality control on their part. Better to try other brands.

It was hard finding a dock that had just the kind of ports I wanted (USB-C / Thunderbolt, USB-A, and Ethernet), wasn’t too expensive, and had a nice fit-n-finish. This dock is perfect for my use-case and lets me use PlayStation Remote Play on my Mac over Ethernet without random lag from Wifi. Highly suggest!
