Horrible Customer service. Bought the air bow about 3 weeks ago, it didn’t come with the fill adaptor. I called in and was basically told tough luck, they are on back order. After waiting about 2 weeks, i asked to speak with the CEO or a member of the excitative team and was denied. Today I am told they will take one out of another box and mail to me. Its too late, i am sending the Air bow back due to their horrible customer service. Buyer Beware!

Bought the Air Sabre which has tremendous potential but virtually 100% of the arrows are blowing out the inserts in my experience. Now to solve that problem is no big deal, but did the service department want to hear my suggestion? No, and the person there told me they don’t take suggestions to return the arrows. But what about the next batches? I’ve bought the arrows from Umarex two dealers and they all had the same result. Rather than provide information such as, “yeah were going to lengthen the inserts or we will be using a better glue the service person said just return the arrows, goodbye and basically hung up on me. Now what? Would you trust the next batch or your shot in a hunting situation? Unbelievable esp. given that I was about to buy another Air Sabre! A company’s reputation is so important and better companies actively solicit suggestions, but UMAREX or at least their service department seemingly could care less. This is not helping their business.

This thing is all over the place. There is NO sighting it in. Got a Vortex crossbow scope, and it didn’t help either. Max air pressure, lower air pressure doesn’t matter. I’ve sighted many weapons in, never had one impossible like this hunk of junk. Came with damaged (white) plastic fitting at end of air delivery tube on one of the barrels. Called Umarex, they were happy to send me another for $2.70, I bought 10 due to damage they sustain while loading the arrows. Now with Vortex upgrade at $199.00 I’m in this hunk of crap over $750.00.

I purchased two, one for a hunting buddy one for myself. After about 15 shots my Sabre had a bushing failure on one barrel . Called Umarex for a replacement bushing. I talked to “Paul” and my immediate impression was a know it all who could care less to help me. And he did just that , Nothing . I was told he did not have the part I needed and their was nothing I could do. Well sorry bud , I found a replacement that works fine. This will be Last Umarex product purchased by me or my friends.
