I follow the directions (max heat 450° F; don’t use silicone-based cooking sprays, and clean with nothing more abrasive than a standard dishwashing sponge) and it works brilliantly. Cookies, chicken nuggets, pork chops–I’m a relative noob at cooking but this pan is basically “easy mode” all the way. Easy to use, easy to get the best results, easy to clean afterward. I’ve already used it multiple times in just over a month and it STILL looks brand-new.
I have a cheaper aluminum cooking sheet pan and this USA Pan sheet outclasses it in every category. It’s definitely heavier and sturdier, everything cooks a bit more evenly, and it’s a LOT easier to clean. Granted, if you don’t want to clean at all, you can still cheat and cover it with aluminum foil first, but it’s nice having the option of greasing a pan the old-fashioned way.
Note: Since the bottom has a wavy texture to it, be careful to grease it thoroughly for optimal results.

I bought this sheet pan to make large sheet pan meals and roasted veggies for my family. It fits perfectly in my oven with a few inches to spare all around. (Be sure to measure your oven)
The sides are high enough to not have to worry about liquid spilling over if you cook your meat with a sauce.
It’s very sturdy and never warps or bends in a hot oven making that telling “pop” sound that signifies your food has been thrown all over.
It’s VERY easy to clean. I’ve used parchment, foil and left it bare while cooking, and it cleans up the same-things just wipe off. There has been a little discoloration when I’ve roasted veggies with olive oil without parchment, but it hasn’t affected the ease of cleaning or the non stick finish of it at all.
This one will last for decades! Buy it!

Great large cookie sheet pan. Non-stick is good. However, the pan does warp in the oven and makes a loud warping sound when it heats up and cools down.
