It’s a heavy pan and truely non stick, I melted cheese on it and it wiped off with a paper towel. Seems like it will be perfect for pumpkin rolls too.

This is a great item, only problem is it does not fit the oven or our storage, so we had to return it. We would have loved to keep it as it is A-1 quality. It it will fit your oven then buy it, you will not be disappointed.

After owning the small version heavy duty half sheet pan for many years and absolutely loving it I bought this Made in USA 3/4 sheet pan. This size is perfect as I needed more cooking surface It is definitively commercial grade. Keep in mind that it is quite heavy should weight be an issue. The instructions clearly state not to use above 450°F. Cleaning it is usually a cinch. With my older pan I made the mistake of spraying cooking oil. Using cooking spray is also not recommended as it may “bake” into the pan. You may try a fume free oven cleaner to safely remove the baked in oil.
Bottom line I love these heavy duty commercial grade pans.

Best baking sheets ever! Worth every single penny. I originally purchased one to give it a try and loved it so much I’ve come back and ordered 2 more. The pan is very large and heavy. Not one of those cheap pans that warp when you put them in high heat. It heats evenly and maintains its shape.
The first one I use for roasting veggies in the oven and they come out so amazing. The 2 I purchased most recently I use soley for baking. Everything comes out perfect every single time.
Highly recommend these baking sheets! They are high quality, Iwill absolutely be back to purchase even more!

I cook my bacon in the oven…regular cookie sheets are too small to handle a full pound of bacon,
I was looking for the largest baking sheet that would fit in a standard size oven.
When I use two cookie sheets they don’t cook evenly and I burn some of the bacon.
I bought this because it’s large enough to hold a full pound of bacon. When it arrived I was very pleased with the quality. It’s rugged, and holds the heat more evenly than a standard cookie sheet, which helps to cook the bacon more evenly. When I was first looking to order I thought the price was a little high compared to others, but order it because it was made in the USA. Now that I see what a quality product it is l’m glad and happy I did!!

thickness not listed in description but this matches my 12 gauge pan. It is perfect for baking rolls , large pizzas (2) and lots of granola and a dozen 5 inch cookies. Not flimsy at all.

Did a lot of research on baking trays over the past few days bc I got pissed off one night with the POS I’ve been using and wasting my time on for the past few years. This tray is like the Porsche of baking trays. Made by USA pan in Pittsburgh, using aluminized steel, none of that crap you find in the bed, bath, and beyond flea market. It’s a family company who’ve been slinging high-quality steel out their doors for over 50 years. None of that imported garbage.
I bought the heavy duty one, which is commercial grade and used by restaurants and in professional kitchens. It has a serrated finish so it heats up and cools quicker than a standard tray.
Doesn’t warp, super easy to clean, and cooks evenly. No more tinfoil on baking trays needed. It’s BPA, PTFE, and PFOA free. Also, this thing is super tough. Someone breaks into my house and they take a blow to the face from this tray, they’re not getting up. Did not test, but pretty confident this thing can can prob be used as a makeshift shield as a last resort.
Highly recommend.
