Just finished assembling the chest. Looks good and is well made. The box came and the corner on one end was torn and crushed. Luckily the parts were well packed and protected so no damage. Probably a shipping accident. Assembly was easy because all parts were there and predrilled holes worked out well. Very satisfied with chest.

I have a million blankets and needed a better way of storing them and felt a chest would be the best option. This chest has good storage space: I fit 10+ blankets including 2 bulky heated blankets with ease. It’s also not too heavy to move around once assembled (it did come with some pegs for feet, but I chose not to attach them as it is sitting on carpet).
The hinge lid works well, it stays open and doesn’t creep closed. The only thing I would note about the hinges is they are tight and have to be pushed down for the lid to close fully.
I would say for sturdiness, it’s as expected with the use of MDF material (the lid I’m sure would crack with heavy weight on it, and I’m sure the screws would loosen with repeated use). Overall, it assembled easily (just myself), it did take me a little time but I wanted to ensure it was flush and assembled correctly. I did struggle a little with the hinges, but nothing unbearable. I had no issues with misalignment, all pieces were available and in good condition, they also included a separate bag of spare pieces (which was good because one of the dows was damaged). I did have to clean it off first because it came with a lot of manufacturing dust on it. I just used a simple solution with a cloth and it cleaned easily.
Overall, I’d say it’s a nice looking piece of furniture that has a good storage capacity, and came at a reasonable price.

Exactly what I wanted for toddler you storage. Great size, love the simple look, soft close lid (however little plastic nubs or something to stop the lid from completely closing flat would be ideal)! Fits a bunch of toys and looks great in the living room. Simple and easy to build, comes with all tools and parts!

We love this box for our kids toys. It came with all the pieces and was easy to set up. It is very sturdy and not cheap feeling at all and actually holds quite a lot of toys. It has a sturdy hinge lid so it won’t slam down and it is easy to open. Works well in our living room with other decor!

So I bought this because it was really cheap and looked decent. It does not disappoint in person. It was so easy to put together that I did it by myself. That lid is a soft closing lid. They even give you a sticker to hide one of the screws in the front, which was really nice detail. I wanted it to be able to moved around, so I actually put wheels on the bottom. And that was really easy to do. I highly recommend this if you do not want to spend an arm and leg on a toybox, but want something really nice. I don’t know the durability of it because I haven’t used it that long, and my child is also nine so I don’t know how the wear and tear with the younger child would be. But it seems pretty sturdy.

This chest is exactly what we were looking for to hold my son’s stuffed animals. The chest is sturdy, attractive, and scratch resistant. I was surprised that a whole pile of stuffed animals fit inside it (the stegosaurus featured in my photo is huge.) I appreciate the double safety hinges as it feels safer for my kid. His room looks so much nicer now. The whole family is very pleased with this purchase.
It took about 90 minutes to assemble with my husband while also wrangling a four year old. It’s definitely better having two people to assemble it, but it would be doable with just one.

I’ve purchased three of these, specifically because the dimensions were what I needed in my space, to build a dining banquette without spending a fortune. At the time of my purchase, they were on sale for $55 each. They’re super sturdy, quick to assemble, and provide a ton of needed storage for misc. things in our small home. They come with all the tools for assembly. Two out of the three were perfect for pre-fab furniture. The third one did have a couple holes that didn’t line up perfectly, but didn’t affect the overall build of the chest. Again, pre-fab furniture. The money and time I saved in not custom building a dining banquette was well worth the little bit of adjusting. Would highly recommend!

Easy to put together and perfect for my daughter’s room!
