This product is good. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now. I use it for legs and underarms. Haven’t been back to a spa or salon to get my underarms or legs waxed. Would not recommend for bikini area.

For the most part this product is wonderful! It pulls almost all of the hair out the first time. Very few hairs are left. The only bad thing I can say is that when you roll it on it is so think that it does pull a bit on the skin. Nevertheless, I will be buying again and again….and again.

I have used Veet wax strips for a year now (the kind you heat by rubbing with your hands) and my only complaint was the mess. So, I decided to try this method.
The wax is NOT the same as the strips and it pulls your hair when you try to apply the heated wax. So, it hurts going on and coming off. I will return the heating unit and the wax refill for sure. Either they can’t heat the wax hot enough so it doesn’t pull your hair or my unit is defective. I literally cried using this and muslin cloth strips it hurt so much… My arm pits will not likely forgive me and I had to go back to shaving temporarily. GREAT IDEA, BAD PRODUCT.

The waxing kit is really bad quality, the machine does not heat up the wax properly. I have been using veet for years in Europe that is why I bought the same in the US. It was a very bad experience. However, after months I suddenly had an idea: why not heat up the wax in the microwave? It turned out to be a great idea. The wax becomes warm and smooth, it does not hurt anymore and I do not have to wait for about an hour until the machine heats up the wax. So you can actually forget about the machine, the only thing you need for a perfect result with this wax is the wax itself, a microwave oven and some wax removing strips. 🙂
