Got this toothbrush for my daughter back in February. It worked amazing. The battery life was great, timer was great, and no complaints. From February to August it worked without flaw then the toothbrush would not longer turn on. Initially we thought it just needed to be charged, and even felt my daughter was not charging it properly or not long enough, but it never turned back on. The red power light will turn on, but the vibrating never starts. After several attempts at charging I reached out to the company 2x via email after reading another review of them replacing the toothbrush but have still not received any response. The company did not even send an email acknowledging they received my email. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend buying. Now having to buy another toothbrush, I should have just spent the money initially on a brand name toothbrush rather then now spending twice the amount.
Follow up:
After writing this review, I did get a response from the seller who agreed to replace the tooth brush. I was also offered a refund, which I appreciate, but definitely was not expecting. I truly just wanted a replacement. Great customer service response following my post.

Great affordable electric toothbrush for kids. I bought on Feb 22, 2024 and now July 22, 2024 it stopped working. Overall it’s good but did not last as long as I hoped.

I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn’t bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They’ve been working great and keeping my childrens’ teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING…
My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating.
(As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

I absolutely love this electric toothbrush! We have been using the Vekkia junior toothbrush for my three-year-old for the past year and she loves the three different toothbrush settings. There is a normal soft and a pulsing mode. There is also a smart timer that buzzes and increments to help the kid know how long they’ve been brushing. It is a USB charged toothbrush, but to be honest, I’ve only had to charge it once in the last year, which is pretty incredible. It also comes with four replacement brush heads that each have a covering on it, which is really nice. I would buy this toothbrush again, and highly recommended to anyone who is needing a smaller, electric toothbrush for their kid.

I bought this making an investment for a year as it has 4 heads but it stopped working in a month itself as it cant charge anymore. Looks like not waterproof enough!

El cepillo es muy lindo y lo que me llevó a comprarlo es que el proveedor me había enviado días antes el link para la compra de los cabezales de repuesto, lo raro fue que cuando compré el cepillo casualmente ya no existía ese link ni los repuestos, lo que me parece un engaño. En sí, el cepillo funciona muy bien, encantador y se ve de buena calidad, lo único malo es lo que comento de los cabezales de repuesto, no existen aparte de los que trae el paquete.

My son loves this toothbrush. Great colour, easy to use. Small enough fit and the vibrating head does a great clean overall. The only thing I don’t like is that it only has a USB cord to charge it. I would have preferred a regular plug but I guess I’ll use any old cell phone plug.
