Missing main part to attach the keyboard to the stand and the manufacturer website they won’t help

My daughter’s first year in percussion. She absolutely loves this piece. Easy to assemble/disassemble, great quality and sound. Perfect for a 10 year old.

As soon as I brought the box in, I had to open it. I must have played it for 30 minutes right away. The glockenspiel, the stand, the music rack and the mallets, as well as the rehearsal drum were beautifully packed in the tote bag. The bag itself is well made with lots of pockets for everything, plus more pockets for anything else a musician might need. The notes are clear and in good tune. There are two types of plastic mallets. There is also a set of drumsticks for the practice drum. The instrument was already in one piece. The stand and music rack were simple to assemble. I love the adjustable height so I can practice standing or sitting. I can also adjust the tilt of the glockenspiel keyboard to suit my needs. I looked at a lot of glockenspiels, but for the price and all the things this included, it’s the best set I have found. I will use this for my personal enjoyment and also in my role as a music teacher. I give this an A+ grade!

Ours did not come with a drum pad. The picture showed one and the discrimination as well.
Wanderdust –
Good instrument itself and good price, but the drumsticks fell apart right away but can be replaced still for a decent price.

I’ve seen other reviews point to poor quality of threads and/or metal at the attachment points of the stand to the bells, but after 1month of use so far so good. These are not much different than the ones you can purchase from the school that cost far far more.
Mark Hotton –
I bought it for my grandson/percussion-student. He is an 11 year old beginning drum and percussion student.
I purchased it to give him basic lessons at home. I wasn’t expecting professional grade, so I’ll except what we got.
The glockenspiel has one bar that is a half semitone off. It’s in the higher octave. It will work for the purpose of training. The case is ok. The stand is ok but won’t withstand much abuse. The mallets are extremely poor, I can’t even call them entry level grade, I’ll be buying some better quality mallets later.
All in all for the price it will work for practicing and teaching at home.
