A little expensive. However, very well worth it. The combination of brush and flossing simultaneously just seems right and feels right. Definitely a very good and powerful flosser that does a complete and thorough cleaning between teeth and all around the gums etc. extremely powerful and effective. Highly recommend and the price is well worth it.

I bought this unit to replace an old Sonic toothbrush and a separate Waterpik for convenience and to save space, and this product has achieved both aims while performing its basic functions well. The brush is nicer and gentler than my old one and I like using the same brush as my flosser. But I had to learn the hard way that the brush sits badly on the base and the magnetic brush head holder is only marginally successful, so you really can’t move the base anywhere unless you do it without the brush, since the brush inevitably falls over. I finally decided to store the base in one location and the brush and brush head elsewhere.

Works good and easy to use

I absolutely love and recommend this toothbrush. The first time I used it, I thought I may have made a mistake, it felt so intense and different on my teeth. But since then I don’t notice it at all, I enjoy the way it feels on my teeth! The small brush head size is essential for getting to the back teeth, all my hygienists have always recommended that, and they seem durable so far. I like that you get two brush heads off the bat, so won’t need to replace one for awhile. It does take up a lot of counter space, but I’m not sure how they could design it any differently, to hold the battery/motor/etc and the tank on top for flossing water. The cord is nice and long I haven’t had to test the battery life yet because it’s always plugged in so that I can use the flossing aspect of it. Between the sonic brushing and the flossing, my teeth feel cleaner than ever! I will have to edit my review after our first trip so I can speak to the battery life more, but I have heard from a friend that has one that the battery life is excellent. The one complaint or opportunity for improvement is I hope they design the next one to take up less counter space. Overall though, very happy with the product, I think it’s worth the money.

I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didn’t work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush don’t match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didn’t work and would never work since they are tied to the unit’s ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturer’s side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazon’s part (I’ve always been able to get returns picked up but they don’t offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!
