KHill128 –
A good book for those who deal with stress, and anxiety, and or depression, and don’t know how to silence the voices in their head. The critics who tell them they are too much, or not enough. This book will let you think differently about your attachments, your thoughts, and how you should talk to yourself. Hint, hint, you should always be kind to yourself. Kindness starts from within. Good read
Leopoldo Velez Brun –

Amy B. Reineri –
This book does have some good information and it starts out talking about how you can just do this yourself, then it starts being an add for his tapes. The first part is very good, though – take the sales pitch with a grain of salt, perhaps an entire shaker.

short and sweet, not overly flowery, this book gives a pretty clear path for learning how to exercise greater influence over your thoughts (and ultimately habits and beliefs). simple is usually not easy, dr h provides many examples of how to apply the methods he shares in a way that (for me) feels motivating while not toxically positive. great book for improving the relationship to your own mind and understanding/influencing others!

Must read book, easy to read… Try to complete reading pages as much as you can for a day.
Over all an amazing book on simple living with great positive thoughts.
be happy live pink –
Awesome book to read if you are trying to move your life into a better direction. The book offers techniques to program your mind for success.
Some of the techniques are:
Pay attention to your self-talk – the thoughts you tell yourself
Clear out negative self-talk that doesn’t serve you
Replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk (he even gives sample scripts)
The key to success is repetition. Most people quit repeating the steps above after a week or so. In order for this to work you may need to repeat these same positive self-talk scripts for several months or longer.
You are going to be here anyway. You may as well be here living your best life repeating positive self talk.
As with anything, take what you need from the book and leave the rest.

This is an excellent book that uses constructivist, thinking techniques to modify inner thoughts over a long period of time.
