My brother recommended these after he bought a set to work on his car. I’ve used these a few times now and the ratcheting action works great and has allowed me to get into spaces I wasn’t able to before. As an example, one of the acorn nuts on the front pipe on my motorcycle, on the head, is very difficult to get to and tighten after having the exhaust off. I’ve tried crows foot wrenches and they suck, and I can’t get in there with a socket very well. It’s at an angle even with a u-joint, and I can’t get it tight. The 12mm wrench worked perfectly and I got it tightened with no drama.
The nickel finish seems to be very tough. I dropped one of them on the concrete HARD and it’s unmarred.
Every home mechanic needs a set of these. How did I go so long without them?

I was a bit hesitant buying these wrenches, I typically buy Husky. When these arrived I was very surprised, they came in a quality pouch, and they are very study. Have used these to do routine as well as heavier maintenance on my Ram 1500 and my dirt bikes, and they have functioned flawlessly.

These wrenches are a great value! They feel good in the hand and look great! The gear wrench feels very satisfying and has the flexible end for extra access. They also cover a reasonable size range, although of course the first wrench I needed when I went to use them was 8mm and this set goes down to 9mm. Ohh well, that doesn’t detract from it at all. Just my own issue.

They seem very built for the price. The wrench openings are sized properly and the ratchets have a good action. Carrying case is well made. For occasional use, they will probably last a lifetime.

Man, I have ran these through quite a few jobs since the initial review. They are still holding really well and have made several jobs a breeze!
Still wishing for that reversible switch, but other than that, if needed I would buy this set again!

I’ll update either when an issue happens or the 3 month mark to let you know how I’ve used and abused these wrenches!
I purchased both SAE & Metric sets to have that flexible head for tight space automotive work.
• Straight out of the box, I really enjoyed the rolled storage bags. It makes my toolbox and packouts look much more organized.
• Upon initial inspection of the wrench sets, they feel solid. Definitely has some weight and I feel that’ll be a nice advantage when in tough positions. Extra weight while pulling down on the tool helps with leverage, which in turn, makes your job easier with less work.
• The ratcheting and flexible head are the main attention. It has great movement for angle changes and those awful/awkward hard to reach spaces. The ratchet seems to have a decent “click to movement” ratio.
• decent color combination on the matte grey & gold.
I have a few ratcheting wrenches and they’re great. I have a couple flex head ratchets and they’re nice. But to have both is amazing and a luxury. I wouldn’t consider these of lesser quality (compared to the $100 – $200 sets) just because of price; I consider that an advantage to have a helpful tool for a very reasonable price.
These would be perfect in every aspect if they had a reversible switch and I would pay extra for that feature every time.
However, for those still reading, these may not always be an advantage.
• Slightly thicker head may prevent some access to certain bolts/nuts; like on a downpipe or certain U – Joints.
• Not as strong as their solid counterparts.
• If using a ton of force on a stuck bolt, ratchet or linkage may fail.
That’s my impression so far and I’m stoked to expand my tool options for the price.
We shall see how they hold up against rusty bolts and abuse, but I feel they may do everything I need.

I like the fit and finish and the way they’re packaged. Just wish that there was a way to lock the end that folds in the position I want it in. Using them, it seemed to always fold when I didn’t want it to. Maybe there’s a way I just didn’t see. Anyway, nice set and solid.
