El equipo presenta fallas desde el principio, contacté a Xerox y me piden que necesito presentar el equipo en el Centro de Soporte y la revisión puede tardar entre 3 y 5 días, cuando es un equipo nuevo.

Any time you want to use this printer, you know it will work. It’s as easy as that. It’s got great features that all work well, so this printer should work well for either personal or light commercial use. The only problem I’ve had is with the wifi sometimes not working but its easy enough to fix or get around. Highly recommend this over any other printer.

I bought this after my last HP Inkjet printer wouldn’t allow me to print my tax return because cyan was low. Such a colossal waste of time and money to keep all those inkjet colors filled. And it they seemed to just half the color while “warming” up. Which took about 5 minutes. So decided on an old-fashioned laser printer.
So far, I’ve used the scan and fax, print, and copy features. All have worked very well. The printer wakes up when you send a job to it (unlike a previous Xerox I had). The print quality is very good, even though it uses a PCL driver instead one for this specific printer. (That could be operator error – this wasn’t the easiest printer to set up, but it wasn’t a nightmare either. Well, other than entering the WiFi password, that got a bit frustrating.)
All in all, a good product at a good price point. It would work for any house or small office that just wants a simple printer that is reliable. I would prefer that it was made in the US., but the 1980’s are long gone.
