➽ Trombone :
⦁ This is neat Trombone and it’s a decent instrument.
However, there are few things that just don’t seem
right about it. I’m not so sure that it’s a well suited
bundle for beginners. (See, *Dislikes / Issues Below)
⦁ This trombone is listed as an “Alto” Trombone in “Bb”
and I’m not confident that is correct……?
I’m feel as though Trombone may actually be a “Tenor”
Trombone in “Bb”….. ???
➽ Dry Slide
⦁ Unfortunately, when the Trombone arrived here the
Slide was almost completely dry as a bone.. and since
there wasn’t any Slide Grease included with it, I didn’t
get to play it for than more a few minute’s, a bit of a
bummer. So, I will need to order some before I get to
fully give try it out.
➽ Case :
⦁ The case is excellent, it is much more than I would
have thought it’d be. Its a semi-hard with a formed
soft interior and very well made, quality case. .
The case is my favorite part & the Star of this bundle.

1 x high-quality hard case
1 x 7C mouthpiece

➽ ** Dislikes / Issues:
⦁ There wasn’t any type of documentation included w/
this Trombone, No Information about the instrument
itself, No information on how to properly care for this
instrument and there was nothing about maintaining
it to keep it in performing condition.
⦁ No products such as Slide Grease or Oil which is very
important as it helps to lubricate the slide and protect
it from friction damage.
⦁ The Trombone’s Slide needs to be lubricated in order
for it to function properly, lubrication needs to be re-
applied on a regular basis. It also needs to be cleaned
periodically. Taking proper care of your instrument
is an essential part in maintaining its longevity and to
ensure optimal performance.
✪➽ OVER-ALL:
⦁ This Trombone bundle has potential, but as it is now
it could really use some improvement and it just seems
to be incomplete, etc.
⦁ The way I see it, when an instrument is being sold as
an entry level instrument, it should include all of the
info and the necessary products in order to properly
care for it. Especially, when it’s an instrument that is
supposed to be for beginners.

Let’s start with the obvious. First, this is a tenor trombone, not an alto (which would be pitched in F). It comes in a surprisingly decent travel case. The trombone itself is bright yellow brass, and the metal for it is definitely on the thin side, which is common for many Chinese-made instruments. It really felt quite fragile, and so I’d have some concern about it for a younger student who is likely to bang it around. It might not last until they are advanced enough for a step-up instrument. For an adult who is careful and just looking for something to get started with, it’s an affordable entry point to the world of trombone playing.

I got this trombone because brass instruments are my favorite to play. This trombone is perfect for beginners because it comes with almost everything you need to get started. The only thing this trombone didn’t come with was slide lube and grease. I have really enjoyed playing this trombone as it is very simple to play and produces great sounds. The slide is smooth and is easy to operate. I like that this trombone came with a strong carrying case to keep it protected and safe. The trombone is easy to assemble and easy to unlock the slide.

It’s really great compared to my other trombone. The case is really good as well! It doesn’t come with a full trombone cleaning kit so you might have to purchase one with it. But I recommend this trombone! Compared to my other school own trombone the slide moves really smooth with slide oil

Extremely easy for beginners, delivery was very fast, packaging was great and love that the carrying case it comes with has separate slots for the mouthpiece and other attachments 🙂

Ordered this for my 10 year old as he has been begging to learn a brass instrument. I could not be more happy with this as it is perfect for a beginner. Not to complicated and easy to put together and pull apart for storage. Comes with a fantastic carrying case as well as gloves for playing. This instrument feels heavy duty, and durable and I feel confident it will see my son through many years until he’s ready for a much more advanced one. He’s already started learning so much about how to play and has played this everyday. I don’t think you could go wrong with this for anyone who is wanting to learn how to play a trombone!
