For the price … Nice item to be able to use at home … I’ve been using it as I go through a “Meniscus Tear” operation at a Physical Therapy Facility … Height adjustments help as I’m rebuilding the entire legs strength … It’s the same height and width that the physical therapy facility has me using … It’s nice and portable and takes up hardly any space … It’s overall a great item for cardio in general … A warm up to get blood and oxygen flowing through the body … You can also use it for “Incline” or “Decline” pushup variations …
Update … February 04, 2023 … This item is still a great item to have … I’m only updating my original review because after using these steps about 2-3 times per week in the house only while going through a knee injury rehab … And being gentle on every move due to that surgery … I had started to notice that the ends of the rubber are starting to separate as pictured … It’s not a deal breaker or upsetting … BUT … For those who might be thinking of buying this item … Be sure to have some sort of “Glue” handy at the house … I used “Gorilla Glue” … Tiny little tubes in a package … Tiny tip to apply in the corners with a couple of drops … After applying the glue … I use a small piece of Blue painters tape to hold it in place for 24 hours … Issued solved … It’s really not a big deal breaker … Just keep what I’ve written in mind regarding having some glue at the house … Hope this helps new or previous buyers …

I wasn’t sure whether to get this or not because I read some of the reviews, but I personally REALLY LOVE this step-up platform! I actually ordered it along with the two extra risers separately so that I could have a higher platform for doing step ups on leg days. The extra attachments fit perfectly with the risers, and the whole platform came without any scratches or damage.
✅️Very Sturdy (For reference, I’m 140lbs female, and I use dumbell weights up to 60lbs. )
✅️ Doesn’t slide on the wooden floor, but I use a yoga mat underneath anyways because I exercise without shoes
✅️ Easy to store in my room because it doesn’t take up much space
✅️ it’s ADJUSTABLE!!!!
I don’t just use it for step ups, but also for split squats, deficit lunges (I only use the 4in pink riser), and goblet squats (it WILL move with doing this exercise, so I put it against the wall to keep it from sliding away.)
I can’t speak for people who are above 200lbs, but for someone my weight using heavy dumbells, I think it’s perfect and helps so much in addition to my workouts!

First of all, I didn’t think anybody used steppers anymore. But for more effectiveness of your workout, these are a must.
The squats and deadlifts can be deeper, the cardio is more intense, the standups with weights are more effective, and every other exercise you do is more effective because of the variety of heights. This is not a purchase. This is an INVESTMENT.
I’m a very frugal person. I saw this price and thought it was ridiculous. And truth be told, it is. But I purchased it as a gift to myself. It’s going to cut down on the amount of time it’s going to take me to reach the fitness goals I have. And that’s important to me because I hate exercising. Ain’t nobody got time for that! But we have to make time, sistas!
Recent studies show that exercise is more beneficial for your BRAIN health than it is for your physical health. It literally helps with memory and to stave off disorders such as Alzheimer’s. So, why not invest in this? I use it working from home while I’m on the computer. I put it on the bar area and get some stepping in while working. And when I want to catch some natural sunlight/Vitamin D at lunch time and get some exercising out of the way, I just do some simple step-ups on my balcony for 30 minutes. I have absolutely no excuse right now, even watching the news or some TV show. This has taken away all my excuses.
I could go all day about this product. I just wish it was a bit more comfy and affordable for when I sit on it and for gifts. Because I’d love to purchase this for my SIX sisters. Yeah, that’s right. It’s six of us, and they can’t afford this. But after I reach my goal, my butt should be muscular and strong enough to take the hard surface and hopefully, they’ll come down on the price so that I purchase these for birthdays and other holidays for my sisters, because this price is a bit much. I’m just keeping it real.
Another thing I wish this product came with a booklet, a website, or youtube channel that shows the various exercises you can do on it. Because I know I’m over here making up stuff. LOL.
But this is a must-have for all ages, stages, and genders. The whole family can enjoy it. You will never get too old to step. And your legs, abs, and brain are going to reward you for it. Maybe later, they’ll have accessories such as railing for the sides so that we can purchase it for the elderly. Ijs

I’m using this for in home physical therapy for my sprained knee. It’s small size, sturdy stability is perfect for that! So I have no worries of it denting or moving while I’m on it. I love its pink color! Also it’s light weight is manageable to move around as I please. It’s also great that it comes with additional steps for added height.

I love this – the surface is good on my bare feet because I prefer to step without sneakers. The bottom grips the floor well. The size is perfect for my space and it is perfect for long and micro workouts throughout the day. The last time I had one like this I was in the best shape of my life and I am hoping to build some muscle and turn back the clock a bit here – so happy it arrived and I have started using it!

I originally bought a competitor’s rectangular step, but it arrived in four pieces. With my refund, I purchased this. It is excellent – sturdy, even with its smaller footprint, and adjustable to heights up to 12″ which is among the highest I’ve seen. Since it’s smaller, it doesn’t take up much space so it can easily sit out for easy access and to remind you that it’s there for you to use! All I use it for are stepping exercises, so I can’t comment on its other applications, but for my needs it’s perfect!

I used The Firm “fanny lifter” many years ago and loved it for leg and butt work. Decided to get this because it’s height-adjustable and only 16″ square so good for a small apt. Great for stability exercises too now. Very sturdy and stable. Really happy with this.
