Overall I like this cabinet. It is bigger than I expected. The negatives are it has a stain on the shelves and it is hard to move on th carpet so you have to be careful and move with both hands. As far as assembly, there were more parts than expected but it came together fairly easy. It also tended to chip when putting the cam screws in.

From reading previous reviews, if you have problems putting this together you should get someone else to do it. The instructions were crystal clear, the cart is sturdy as heck and a great price. I put it together myself. The tools are a bit difficult to work with, so i used my own – screwdriver and allen wrench. Lock works fine. Highly recommend!

Fairly easy to assemble but so so easy to break. Flimsy and overall terrible.

A couple of the wood panels were broken during shipment. Obviously, this is not entirely the supplier’s fault, but I do feel it could have been packaged a bit better to prevent this. Contacted Yitahome service and spoke directly with a rep and explained the situation. I was asked to provide pictures and informed that the rest of the process would be handled via email. Have not heard anything since.
I generally don’t like rating a product based on customer service, but I at least want others to be aware.
As for the unit itself, I had no choice but to go ahead and assemble it. There was no way I was going to be able to re-package for a return and you can forget about getting replacement parts. Thankfully the broken pieces were not entirely structural.
Pros:
– Overall quality is not terrible for the price. Sure, it’s not solid wood, but I’ve certainly seen worse examples of particle-board furniture (i.e. isn’t going to fall to pieces the first time you try to move it)
– Adequate install instructions. Should not have any issues if you pay attention to the pictures so that the pieces are oriented correctly before assembly. I gave it 4 stars for ‘ease of assembly’ but aware that there are a lot of parts and screws. Not much different that putting Ikea stuff together.
– No missing parts. All the screws and hardware were packaged individually and sometimes included an extra piece
– End shelves are adjustable
Cons:
– Hope you don’t need to contact manufacturer
– Got the model with the power outlet. Kind of like the idea, but the design seems like an afterthought. It looks out of place with the cable sticking out the side. They should have provided a hole to run it out the back something. Would look cleaner.

My husband builds homes for a living and he said, and I quote, “This was a pain to put together.” He said there were many parts, things weren’t labeled well, and instructions were not helpful. And he spent far too long trying to (unsuccessfully) make the locking drawer lock and the middle drawer stay in its track.
The top drawer, which is supposed to be a locking drawer, does NOT lock. It’s a simple notch in the wood of the frame that the metal piece is supposed to slide into and, apparently, lock it in place? Nope. It pulls right out and the drawer opens.
And the second drawer won’t stay in the trackand falls into the bottom drawer – the filing drawer. The metal track it slides along is a very flimsy material – like a thin aluminum. It bends far too easily and causes it to jump the track. Open the middle drawer and you pull open the bottom drawer by default.

And the filing drawer. No hanging file frame here, folks. It is a legal size drawer, I guess, but the metal piece that the hanging file tabs run along, don’t fit that size.
It’s all very disappointing.
I spent a few weeks really trying to find an affordable option to declutter my home office and thought this was the answer.
I knew it was an $85 cabinet and my expectations were fair.
But I DID expect the locking drawer to lock and the hanging file drawer to be functional without the drawer above it falling into it every time I open it.
This is one of those things where my office reorganization just came to a grinding halt because the shelving unit that this replaced has been repurposed already.
I now have to ask my husband to disassemble something he spent half a Sunday assembling and cursing at. And then ask him to help me drive it to the nearest UPS store (40 minutes) and haul it in for me. I hate bothering him after he gave up half a Saturday to put this together for me.
It’s too bad, too, because there are things I definitely like about it. I like the smaller size, the wheels, the ability to slant the side shelves, and the appearance of it.
Honestly, I am so disappointed.

The assembly directions were very clear with pictures no words. I followed the order of assembly exactly and encountered no problem. All the parts were included and unbelievable precision on the parts cuts and pre-drilled holes. Everything aligned perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
