    This Zagg iPad case and keyboard is garbage. It does not hold a charge. My iPad types backwards and will not let me delete when hooked to Bluetooth, there is no way I can use it except as a heavy case for me iPad. Very displeased and cannot return it.

    After 6 months, various keys stopped working. Now the battery only stays charged for 2 days. The product registration process and warranty process are easy, but the fact that they charge me to ship a defective product is poor customer support. When a product fails, especially as quickly as this one, you should replace it for free – not for shipping – for free.

    They keyboard is fine, has enough clickiness and key travel. However, the rest of a case is miserable. The iPad is difficult to remove from the case, it goes to sleep way to quickly, doesn’t take advantage of apple’s connectors, no brightness keys, no good way to hold the iPad in the hand, the stand is a joke too. The only reason for the 3 stars is the keyboard.

    This is a good case. It seems to be build well. The keyboard does seem to have a slight delay between the key strikes and the typing on the screen. Also the keys are somewhat stiff and have a clicking sound when typing. Overall it is a good case and it works well

    This product was at first sight a wonderful product to use. However, after about 3 months of usage, there was an issue of a runaway key. It just kept on typing a single key without any typing.
    I managed to get ZAGG customer support and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would replace the keyboard but I had to bear the shipping charges. That was ok.
    However, I had a rude shock to learn that I had to return the faulty keyboard after my replacement was delivered. And I had to bear the shipping charges to Ireland (I reside in Asia). If I did not send it, I would have to pay for the replacement. After checking around, I concluded that the shipping charges were more costly for me than to pay for the replacement.
    Let me be clear, I am happy with the keyboard but I am really unsatisfied with their warranty policy. ZAGG could have helped me with the shipping return of the faulty product.
