Besides a most of them being scuffed and dusty, they still write amazingly and are my goto pen. I would buy again, but I hope my pens won’t be damaged next time.

These are my favorite pens. I rarely have trouble with the ink, and it writes well on many kinds of paper – not the space pen, but it does write well. I like the feel of the firm rubber grip, the look of the stainless steel. The clip has a good grip. If you clip it to a single piece of paper and hold the paper upside down, the pen stays firm and does not fall. It’s also not so firm that you have any trouble clipping it to things like clipboards, inside suit pen pockets, etc. I’ve never had one bleed on anything. It’s not a fancy shiny impressive pen – the kind you’d give as a gift, but it looks nice enough and works great. I carry one with me everywhere (the clip bends sometimes when clipped on my pants pocket). I try not to loose them, but I always lose one before the ink runs out (and I keep them a good long while before losing them.)

I LOVE these pens. I got hooked on Zebra with the 300 series until I discovered the 402. The pen looks good and has a night weight to it in your hand. The barrel feels substantial. It writes smooth and even and I never have trouble with it unless it’s been in my car in the hot CA sun too long. Other than that they always work. I don’t use any other pens – if someone leaves a crappy disposable in my office I toss it out.

Have about a dozen of these, a couple at work, in my travel backpack etc. Refills are easy to get and you can continue using them for years – I’ve had most of mine for for years now.

Step away from the cheap/free/crappy ball points and step up to something smooth and reliable. You won’t regret it.

Additional note: I was finally able to contact a customer service rep who got the correct item shipped to me! Thank you!

As a retired Pharmacist, I used these pens all the time writing prescriptions from Doctors. They talk real fast, and I love the pens because they don’t smear. The fine tip makes makes your handwriting look great and have more room on the paper. They cost more, but they are worth the money. The refills are cheap. The rubber handle make them easy to hold for a long time. If your hand and/or fingers get oily or sweats, the rubber handle also makes it easy to hold.

Been using Zebra stainless steel pens and mechanical pencils for many years. They always write smoothly and are comfortable to use. Build quality is great and definitely worth the price.

These pens are great. Perfect for writing in small areas on forms and paperwork due to the fine point and comfortable to write with. I use mine on a daily basis in a shipping position and I actually wore out the rubber grip on it before I wore out the pen. After a while the rubber grip will expand and not stay in place very well. As expected with most ball point pens if you drop them on the tip they will not write for crap after that so I do suggest having some refills if you work in an area like I do which is all concrete. Other than that I love this pen. A little pricey but I am worth it. I prefer the click pen as opposed to a capped pen for easy one hand operation which I really need with my job.

Love these pens. Have been using them for a few years. They are tough stainless steel, with a comfortable rubber grip, they have noticeably strong springs and the little button at the top is always kept in the up position (matters to me for some reason). Also, the pocket clip is truly the most durable I have ever seen (flexible but strong so it doesn’t remain bent out), and even when I’ve caught it on something and bent it way out, I was able to lever it back down. Also, the fine point is .7 mm, instead of the typical .5 which to me is TOO fine and tears paper more easily. The ink also flows really well with no blobs of extra ink if it sits in your pocket for a long time. They cost more than disposables because they aren’t disposable…buy the refills and they’ll last a long long time.
