This set looks like it is so much more expensive than it is, wow. I have accidentally scratched a couple of them (which is weird because I don’t use metal with these pans), but they’re holding up very well. The only reason I hesitated to give five stars, and it’s really not a huge deal, is that the baking sheet is weirdly hard to clean. For some reason, residual burnt food is left after using this baking sheet for things that don’t leave behind any kind of residual on other baking sheets. Then, when I try to wash it, the black residue is halfway impossible to get off. I might just have to switch up my cleaning method and try something a bit more abrasive for this sheet. But, given that it’s just one product in the whole set and it’s still a heavy duty baking sheet, I’m happy with this purchase overall.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased these fantastic pan’s. The 1st lasted 7 years and probably would have lasted 7 more, but these were pretty and came with the baking pan’s too.
These were cheaper than my 1st set.
The baking pan’s are thick not flimsy like normal bakeware.
These are exactly as advertised, I know that they will last for years. You won’t be disappointed and they sure are pretty and professional looking like a master chef would use.

Been waiting awhile for the price to drop, and final it did. I’ve been wanting cook ware, because mine were scratched up, handles breaking and some as old as me. Eating healthier these pans keep me from using oils, old grease or butter to cook with. Now eggs, and other foods do not stick. The style alone is great, but to actually be NON stick is the best! 5stars for sure

The (off-) white pans look pretty in the kitchen. Don’t HEAT over medium, wait until they cool before you add any water to clean (Dawn works really well) rinse, dry, done. Some of my burners are not level, so I can’t blame that on the pans. Good value, took a while to get, but worth it. I only use rubber, plastic type utensils, no metal. I did rub all pans with oil as suggested, but I still have to use a little oil/ butter for eggs, etc. no big deal, helps with sticking and keeps them nice. I can almost cook now.

These cleanup the best of any set I have ever owned. They also distribute heat and cook evenly (in frying pans). Any stuck food just comes off with a rinse and light brushing in the sink. Don’t even need a cooking oil spray when frying most times.
Absolutely love the hammered copper look.
Only drawback is the LID handles can get too warm to use your hands to remove. They are insulated from the glass, but still absorb heat. Oven mitts or equal are needed. The pot and pan handles are fine for heat.
First time owning a stove top steamer, it works great for veggies and also shellfish (clams and scallops).
Love the bakeware items included… the loaf pan and large baking sheet. Again, food just releases off it.

I now have several pieces of this cookware! I like it because it looks and cooks fine! I think it’s a little to light weight but it cooks ok! I don’t like the way the larger skillet bowed up in the middle! All oils run out to the sides as the pan does not sit level! I have had really expensive cookware in the pass that cooked better! But, this definitely gets the job done!

Read the reviews and bought these for a gift. They do what they say. Nothing sticks, can cook with little or no oils, and they come clean with absolute minimum of effort. We are being gentle with them (same as our good knives) and they have no challenges serving us well. By gentle I mean that I don’t turn up the heat high to start with, so that the coating doesn’t separate from heat shock, but once warmed they are very responsive to temperature controls on gas burners. I also don’t take them straight from high heat to a cold faucet, but just let them cool off before rinsing. When I say nothing sticks, example; burned fats from meat turned black in the pan, something which would normally be charred crispy and require soaking to remove. Nope, they wiped out with a gentle spatula and I tossed in the eggs and kept on cooking. We are using less oils, less butter, etc. These pans work really well. The gift part?-she loves them.
